Depends on the kiss!! If you are talking peck on the lips in a shy flirty moment then public is GREAT!! But if it’s your first "GOOD" kiss then it’s got to be in a romantic secluded spot where she can melt and fall in love.
I love to kiss in public…can’t get enough but hubby has a problem with it since he’s Chinese and we live in China. But then again I do grope him in public too…it’s an act of possession. But it really depends on your situation and what effect your trying for. If it’s somewhere that people she knows or family members might get the story I wouldn’t do it in public…because among strangers and it’s still a secret but if not then I don’t really want them in my business.

I can’t believe she said a back alley…nothing says romance like dumpsters! Secluded is one thing but deserted & dirty iis rapist!! Take her to a beach, talk to her all night, dance with her in the sand and then just brush her lips with yours…like you’re tasting her breath. Go to a candle lit Italian restaurant at one of the tables at the back and kiss her hand, her wrist and then her lips at the end of the dinner and thank her for being her.
**Don’t do it in the movie theater either I think that is even more cheap than public!! Like you’re sneaking around and don’t want anyone to know.
