How do I learn to kiss??
March 9, 2010 | 44 Comments
I’ve known this guy for several years, and we both admitted we liked eachother. We’ve had a lot of flirtatious situations, and we been so close that it seems like we were going to kiss, but i’d always back away, cause …well I dont know how to kiss, and im afraid I’ll do something wrong. When i think about kissing it makes me so nervous. How do I calm my nerves, and how do i learn to kiss???????? PLEASE HEEEEEELLLLP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don’t get nrervous because if you’ve known this guy for several years he probally won’t care if your a little ackward at first and you probally won’t be it will all feel right when it happens but if you want to practice you can. Don’t practice on a hard surface, 1d object like a mirror, it will make your face look really weird and its not realistic. the best way to practice is by using your hand to make a loose fist- the crook of your thumb and index finger is a good stand-in for lips. Experiment with leaning in, sucking gently, and moving your tounge around. (hahaha this sounds so funny to type but its right out of seventeen) Hold a pillow- it will help you learn how to work your hands .Try putting one hand behind it as if it’s the nape of his neck or lightly touching it on the side of , uh, its face. (haha again)
The right way to kiss:
what to do with your eyes:
beginer- keep eye contact until right before your lips touch- it helps build excitement. If staring creeps you out, look at the point between his eyes, He won’t be able to tell!
expert- leave your eyes open. Watching each other kiss is very intamate, so it will make your connection even stronger- its as if youre both saying isn’t this hot
what to do with yout lips-
beginger- on the lean in turn you head 10 degress, open your mouth slightly, and aim for his lower lip. give it a little squezz with your lips, then close them again as you pull away.
expert- Try kissing his top lip or the corners of his mouth . When you get adventourous, it shouws you’re comfortable and having fun, which makes him more adventourous too.
with your tounge-
beginer nothing, w. a short kiss tounge is overkill. But as the kisses start to build in pressure , gently run your tounge across his bottom lip- its a flirty way to ease into it.
expert= imagine making a t with the tip of your tounges if he moves his to the side, try to cross it with yours. It will help you respond to what he’s doing and build up a rhytnm.
with your hands
beginer- Grab his hand and intertwine your fingers. Its a sweet move that stops him from getting grope-y and keeps him focused on what hes doing with his lips
expert- reach for the back of his head and gently tousie his hair.- guys love this- its a super sensitive spot hes not used to having touched – so your literally give him the chills

March 8, 2010 | 11 Comments
Romance is important for your marriage. Lack of romance can drive you nuts. There are people who might take exception to this and say that romance isn’t the important if you really love each other. Romance is more than just affection and intercourse, and when there is no romance, so did the touching, kissing, hugging and other forms of affection. People dry up without affection, they dry up like prunes.
Here is the list of things you can do to re-kindle your romance and put the spark back in your marriage.
Leave love notes: Leave love notes around the house for other person to find. You could do that with lipstick on the bathroom mirror, sticky notes all over the house, spelled out in rose petals on the bed, with magnetic poetry magnets on the refrigerator, leave a love message on the answering machine, create a ‘message in a bottle’, bake a cake and leave a message in the frosting, on the back of the cereal box, put it on other person’s shoes, on the steamy shower door, in their wallet.
Separate work with romance: Work covers major part of our day, but you should keep the work life separate from your romance life. No more boring details about your project from work.
Learn to accept: There will always be some disagreement between you and your partner. There will be time when you disagree with what your partner says or does in public. Instead of belittling your partner in public learn to accept their views in public. If you genuinely don’t like anything then discuss it in private.
Dance together: Dancing as a couple can do three things. It will bring the couple closer, it can be something which both the parties can enjoy and at the same time benefit your health. Dancing also helps improve balance and flexibility, keep bones strong and can chemically lift your mood.
Cut your power: Fake a power outage. Unplug the phone, computer, TV, fax machines, turn off the lights, and even turn off the cell phone. With nothing else to distract, you have no choice but break out the candles and cling to each other as you tell scary ghost stories or just plain cling to each other.
Date together: Being a stay at home parent and devoting your life to your children doesn’t mean your marriage should take a back seat. Scheduling regular date nights will recharge your marriage. Set a regular date night and stick to it. Think beyond dinner in a restaurant and try to have some fun. Arrange for a babysitter so that your night should be stress free and not worried about your children.
Show Gratitude: Gratitude is something that is often overlooked in the day to day living of a marriage. Saying thank you shows that you recognize and appreciate the things that your spouse does for you weather it be large like going to work every day or small like packing your spouse’s lunch.
Listen to your spouse: Do you listen to your spouse? Hopefully your answer is “yes, of course, I always listen to my spouse.” But would your spouse agree? Ask him or her and listen to the answer. If the answer to the question is “no” or “sometimes”, then you have to work on this.
Say “I love you” to each other: It is important in any relationship to tell a person that you love them. It may not always be easy to do, but definitely can improve a relationship and make it stronger. There are tons of different ways that you can say I love you to your spouse. It just takes some creativeness and thinking on your part.
Buy a gift: Is there anything your spouse have been eyeing but not buying? Buy that for your spouse and present it as a gift. It doesn’t have to be something expensive but a token that means something to the pair of you.
Use laughter for bonding: Watching comedy on TV with the spouse, sharing a joke or looking at old photos is a great way to get more laughter in your life. Humor is good for your health and laughing together is a good for a better bonding.
Surprise your spouse: Romance needs work and play. Surprising your spouse will bring a smile to your spouse’s face and a little extra strength to your relationship.
Kiss your spouse: This is the most intimate thing you can do with your clothes on and will help to maintain and build up the romantic bond between you as a couple.
Make love more often: The more time you spend together in the bedroom, the better it will be for your relationship.

When Your Website Doesn’t Work, Look at These Five Points
March 7, 2010 | Leave a Comment
Websites that don’t work can often be explained by examining the five categories of website performance presented here. But first my little story about a “dog” website.
Did you ever hear that idea of doing a website about something you just really like? Well, I’m crazy about Dachshunds, so I made a big elaborate site. Took me a long time.
As it turned out wiener dog words are cheap, so I flooded the site with a ten dollar a day budget and a few articles.
I had a signup rate of about 15%. The list really took off!
Let me tell you that a wiener dog site is easy to do! Wonderful pictures! I was optimistic.
I had it all, I thought. I had affiliate offers, CPA offers, adsense and ONLY adsense paid. The adsense made 3 or 4 bucks a day and I was spending ten dollars on PPC.
People came to the site and liked it, but wouldn’t buy. I didn’t get it.
I declared the whole thing to be a great learning experience and shut it sown. Maybe I stopped too early and I could have prevailed…but I had all five of the criteria below going pretty well and it didn’t work.
I also had better ideas. Call me impatient but I bagged it.
Here are the five things I think can make or break a site.
Low Traffic – When your salespage has no traffic you are done right there!
Your website has to have visitors driven to the site! My preferred traffic generation method is Article Marketing.
The best ways to drive traffic to your offer (site) are PPC, Article Marketing, and Web 2.0 Social Networking.
I’m still old school. I don’t know social marketing yet.
PPC is not my first choice for driving traffic. Article marketing works all the time, but you have to get into it quite a ways before it kicks in.
I use articles to send people to my blog where I have several offers on webpages linked from the blog. It works but it’s certainly not spectacular yet.
Bad Site Design – If you have traffic to your site, the next thing to look at is how visitors perceive your site.
If it looks unprofessional, if it’s tough to navigate or is a little ugly… it’s unlikely that visitors will trust you. They just won’t give you their money.
Bloggers can look good through nicely designed Wordpress themes and templates. There are many templates for websites, too.
But, I have to tell you, being able to build or at least modify your own HTML websites is an absolutely invaluable skill. Learn about it a little. It’s actually easy after you expose yourself to it for a while.
Bad Traffic = Untargeted Traffic – For example, if you have a Dachshund site, using “dogs” is a bad idea as a keyword in Adwords. You’ll pay for tons of traffic and very little of it will be interested in Dachshunds.
Targeted traffic is what you want, not “general’ traffic.
When selling specific items, send your traffic directly to the specific item’s page on your site that gives them what they are looking for.
Copy Problems – If you send traffic to a beautiful page that promotes a specific product and it isn’t working, you may want to consider your copy!
Is the copy full of grammatical errors and bad spelling? The kiss of death!
That’s how a lot of people judge you, or the image of you…by the words you use and the way you write. This includes spelling and grammer. You have to get it right.
Rewrite your copy to the best of your ability and then find someone to proofread it.
Copywriting, when it’s bad will kill sales, and when it’s good it will make sales happen. Tell the prospect how a product will improve their life by selling the benefits.
No E Mail Follow-Up marketing? What if you did it all right? When your traffic leaves without buying…it’s OK…If their name and email has been captured by your autoresponder. And if you follow up with an autoresponder series.
There is an accepted idea in email marketing that it takes, on average, seven contacts before a customer buys.
The lesson is this…If you want above average results, attempt to sell AT LEAST SEVEN times! Otherwise…accept low returns.
And, you can use your autoresponder for this!
So, EACH of the items listed above is critical to your online business success.
Here’s the nugget. Get the website, salespage, web page…whatever you want to call it… really looking good. Now, send it a lot of targeted traffic. Articles are my favorite. PPC is my next choice. And it’s faster.
Pay attention, bank the money and then…PAY ATTENTION AGAIN! You will learn and prosper!
Oh, by the way, reconsider your offering (product)…when it’s not good, all of the points above will still not produce sales! .
So, now you have it! Do all the above AND make sure it’s a killer converting product! That ought to work!
Now…go forth and prosper…and pay attention…you’ll get it!
